Client Success Manager II

Summary

The job is for a Client Success Manager II at BlueVoyant, based in Singapore with hybrid work arrangements. The role involves managing client relationships, driving engagement, and serving as a strategic advisor on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of cyber security experience, preferably with a background in vendor-risk management, GRC, or third-party risk
• Experience working with investment firms and/or private equity firms
• Excellent teaming skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional problem solving and conflict management abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritize a highly varied tasks in order to meet commitments
• Knowledge of and experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems and SIEM software
• Advanced knowledge of cyber security business products, industry trends, and best practices
• Ability to understand client business drivers and risk tolerance and apply industry trends
• Understanding of BlueVoyant differentiators and ability to communicate our value
• Ability to thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment
• Willingness to be available and responsive to clients’ needs as required

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships and the individual client journeys from onboarding into steady state
• Serve as the operational interface among various BlueVoyant operations teams to ensure consistent quality of service delivery, steward client issues, facilitate feedback, deliver evidence of ongoing performance improvements, create and execute service improvement plans, manage the client experience, drive successful service renewals, engage clients for case studies and marketing events, identify and position cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales
