Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years healthcare IT delivery
  • Business development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Oversees multiple client engagements
  • Ensures PPC understands and meets/exceeds client expectations
  • Cultivates a healthy client relationship
  • Regularly engages with consultants
  • Plans and delivers projects effectively and timely
  • Proactively escalates challenges or concerns
  • Screens potential candidates for projects
  • Meets with Client Managers on a regular basis to proactively check in on consultant performance
  • Mentors and coaches PPC team members
  • Identifies business development opportunities
  • Assists with the development of methodology , processes and tools to help the team mature
  • Engages in client work as a billable resource when appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

  • EMR certification preferred
  • PMP preferred
