Summary
Join Jenzabar as a Client Success Manager II and leverage your Higher Education and/or Client Service background (2+ years) to cultivate strong relationships with clients across a defined territory (South Dakota, North Dakota, New Mexico, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Idaho, and Canada). You will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, acting as a liaison between Jenzabar and clients, and contributing to strategic account planning. This role involves significant travel (approximately 50%) and requires strong communication skills. Requirements
Have a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service (through Jenzabar or an outside institution or company; 2+ years)
Responsibilities
- Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between organization and clients
- Leverage data captured in other areas of Jenzabar to personalize and address clientโs needs and ROI
- Provide Client Service training for continuous improvement
- Visit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with senior level contacts
- Be an integral part of strategizing on accounts with Account Executive & Sales Manager to establish future sales
- Collect feedback on how products are meeting the needs of the client and identifying how this can be improved
- Represent Jenzabar at related regional conferences within your territory
- Develop a deeper level of understanding of our 3rd party relationships and opportunities & positioning
- Travel as necessary to visit clients (~50% travel)
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelorโs Degree
- Have a background in Higher Education โ understand industry
- Have prior experience as an Account Manager for a company specializing in products specific to the Higher Education Space
- Possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude
