Requirements

  • Proven experience (4-5 years) in account management, client success, or similar roles in the B2B technology market
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and client communication platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for client success and commitment to excellence
  • Fluent English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients
  • Thoroughly understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of each client
  • Develop scalable success plans for each client, aligned with their business goals
  • Monitor and analyze client usage of the product/service to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress and adjust strategies
  • Identify and execute strategies to increase subscriber growth and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) within the assigned portfolio
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within client accounts
  • Explore and develop scalable strategies for client acquisition and retention
  • Work closely with the "Wellbeing Engagement" team to improve continuous (evergreen) communication with clients
  • Collaborate with indirect channel clients to maximize their success and satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the wellness or health-related technology sector
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and growth hacking strategies
