Summary

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing client needs
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to clients
  • Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and other resources
  • Monitor client accounts regularly to identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze client usage data and provide insights and recommendations
  • Proactively address client concerns or issues
  • Track key performance indicators to measure client success and satisfaction
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive client retention and minimize churn rates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
  • Collect client feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to address product enhancements or new feature requests
