Join Experian, a global leader in data services, as a Client Support Specialist! This permanent, remote role based in Costa Rica supports Account Executives by building client relationships and collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities include researching billing, liaising between clients and various teams, onboarding new members, supporting API setups, and providing training. You will communicate directly with clients and colleagues via email and phone. While primarily remote, occasional in-office meetings or training may be required. Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Service
- Proficiency in English, written and oral

Responsibilities
- Support a team of Account Executives and build relationships with clients directly
- Work with other teams on different responsibilities requiring completing tasks such as: researching billing, liaising between clients and our client support, technical and data teams, onboarding new members, supporting API setups, training on reading credit reports, and using the online portal
- Email and talk to clients and other teams directly
