Summary

The job is for an Administrative Assistant at MedReview, a growing clinical validation company. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Clinical Team, manage communications, coordinate onboarding, prepare reports, and handle confidential information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related field
  • Experience in a healthcare related field with some understanding of medical vocabulary
  • Experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or chief of staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Clinical Team
  • Assist the Sr. Clinical Team in the management the clinician calendar, scheduled meetings, and agendas
  • Assist in coordinating the onboarding of new clinicians, including credentials verification and updates
  • Assist in the distribution of cases to the clinical team
  • Prepare and edit, reports, presentations, and other documents as directed by the Sr. Clinical Team
  • Assist in the preparation, management, and distribution of productivity and reimbursement reports
  • On occasion, conduct research and provide background information on various topics
  • Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Sr. Clinical Team
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
