Requirements

  • Direct experience in delivering training to large groups, clinicians & non-clinicians, both virtually, and in-person
  • Expertise in utilizing technology and delivering training materials tailored to healthcare settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand various perspectives and challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for making complex information accessible
  • Intellectually curious, with a drive to constantly improve processes and business outcomes
  • Ability to work effectively across remote teams and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service and/or client-facing role
  • Healthcare domain expertise, with direct experience working with patients and/or providers
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute training programs, including live and recorded sessions, version control, and tool updates, to scale nationally
  • Maintain a digital portal training experience to enhance user learning
  • Administer policies and procedures to meet the training and development needs of clients, including new feature introductions
  • Continuously review and update supporting materials such as tip sheets, FAQs, guides, and other instructional content
  • Gain a deep understanding of Cohere’s products, operations, and provider partnerships to tailor training materials effectively
  • Assist with client implementation needs, including expansion projects and new client onboarding
  • Deliver professional, high-quality webinars and training sessions to large audiences remotely
  • Collect and incorporate user feedback to iterate and improve training programs

Preferred Qualifications

A clinical license is not required, but preferred, especially with experience in Utilization Review (UR) and Utilization Management (UM)
