Requirements

  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Must have an active license, in good standing, in the state where they currently reside
  • 1+ years of aesthetics experience, including injectables, microneedling, or other
  • Ability to manage adverse events and complications independently
  • Confident in identifying the cause of unsatisfactory clinical outcomes and guiding the patient and provider on next steps
  • Comfortable sharing feedback, insights, and coaching others
  • Knowledge of modern injection techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and common accounting matters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Must have strong attention to detail, clinical/medical acumen, and excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to routine clinical inquiries from providers
  • Use Microsoft Teams to manage real-time communication with providers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clinical troubleshooting
  • Responding to urgent after-hours call channel 1 week every 2 months
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Finance teams to resolve any issues related to billing, provider compensation, or service reporting
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure consistency between clinical operations and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Support team to handle provider onboarding, training follow-ups, and ensuring seamless communication across departments
  • Assist providers in navigating clinical documentation processes and compliance with internal protocols
  • Use support software to track clinical interactions, manage support tickets, and maintain up-to-date records of provider inquiries and resolutions
  • Document all clinical inquiries and their resolutions in support software
  • Generate and analyze data reports from Microsoft Dynamics to identify common issues and trends
  • Proactively communicate with providers to assess their ongoing support needs
  • Participate in cross-departmental meetings to discuss operational improvements, new product or service offerings, and strategies to better support providers
