Summary

Join Titan Wealth as a highly experienced Cloud Architect (Azure) to lead the design and governance of our enterprise cloud architecture. You will define and evolve our cloud strategy, oversee architectural governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services and proven experience in delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. You will play a critical role in setting architectural standards, guiding complex solution designs, and mentoring engineering teams. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 7–10+ years in cloud engineering or solution architecture roles, with a focus on Azure-based enterprise environments
  • Expert-level understanding of Microsoft Azure, including core services (Compute, Storage, Networking), Platform Services, and Serverless architecture
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale cloud-native and multi-cloud architectures
  • Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates
  • Deep understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, encryption, and regulatory compliance in Azure
  • Strong architectural knowledge of high-availability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and performance tuning
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and modern deployment strategies (e.g., blue/green, canary)
  • Expertise in container orchestration (AKS, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration, API management, and service mesh patterns
  • Strong understanding of network architecture in Azure, including ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and Private Endpoints

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the enterprise cloud architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives and industry best practices
  • Lead the design and approval of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions
  • Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints
  • Establish cloud architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures
  • Define and enforce guardrails around cloud usage, cost optimization, and governance using tools like Azure Policy, and RBAC
  • Guide architectural reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to product, engineering, security, compliance, and infrastructure teams
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and domain architects to integrate cloud solutions into the broader enterprise landscape
  • Present architectural decisions and cloud strategy to senior leadership and technical stakeholders
  • Provide thought leadership on modern architecture patterns, including microservices, event-driven design, and service mesh
  • Evaluate and recommend Azure services and emerging technologies to meet evolving business needs
  • Mentor engineering teams, enabling them to adopt cloud-native patterns and tools effectively
  • Ensure cloud solutions are designed for observability, maintainability, and scalability from the outset
  • Support major cloud migration and transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Drive adoption of DevSecOps and shift-left security practices in cloud delivery pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

Terraform Associate, AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals, AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate, AZ-400: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AZ-700: Azure Network Engineer Associate, AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification (optional)
