Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cloud Operations technicians and engineers
• Perform regular scheduled 1:1's
• Respond to requests/inquiries from team members
• Communicate working preferences and understand the working preferences of others to help develop a high-performing team that operates with respect and efficiency
• Provide operational support to customers' technical IT engineers
• Troubleshoot and deploy cloud networking infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Networking Specialty, Developer Associate, Sysops Administrator Associate, Solution Architect Associate)
• Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, PCCSE, PCNSE)
