Cloud Solutions Architect

Join Humanitec as a Customer Solutions Architect - Cloud Infrastructure and become a leading expert in helping organizations transition to platform engineering. You will work directly with clients, designing and implementing scalable IDP solutions using Humanitec and other cutting-edge tools. This remote role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and IaC tools. You will troubleshoot multi-cloud setups, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Platform, Cloud, Infrastructure, SRE, or DevOps engineering
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment, management, and debugging
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi)
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools (CI/CD, observability, networking, security)
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
• Timezone: UTC +2 to UTC +6 (EMEA focus, Oceania support)
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their cloud infrastructure and platform needs
• Design and implement scalable IDP solutions using Humanitec
• Debug and optimize Kubernetes-based environments
• Work with IaC tools such as Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi
• Troubleshoot multi-cloud setups across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Provide technical guidance and best practices tailored to customer stacks
• Present findings, lead technical discussions, and coordinate action plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve Humanitec’s products
• Represent Humanitec at industry events, conferences, and community meetups
