Collections Representative

Summary

The Collections Representative at FinFit will manage their own book of business, contact customers to negotiate payment arrangements, investigate customer issues, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain regulatory compliance. The position requires prior experience in a financial services company, working in a regulated environment, call center experience, collections, and customer service, as well as familiarity with telephony systems, Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and loan operating systems.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a financial services company
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours up to 9 pm EST if business need arises
• Willingness to work overtime if the business need arises
• Prior call center experience, collections, and customer service with a strong focus on customer support
• Experience working with telephony systems, Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs (Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.), and loan operating systems
• Understanding of consumer lending principles
