Summary
Join Blink Health, a rapidly growing healthcare technology company, as their Commercial and Product Counsel. In this role, you will provide legal guidance and transactional support, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise Product and Engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and develop standardized legal processes. You will work on novel legal challenges within a collaborative team, contributing to improved patient medication access and reduced healthcare system waste. The ideal candidate possesses a JD, relevant experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in healthcare, particularly within the pharmaceutical supply chain, is preferred.
Requirements
- JD with excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one state bar
- 3+ years of combined, relevant experience in law firms, governmental agencies and/or in-house legal departments
- Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
- Excellent commercial negotiation and drafting skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, together with an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, accessible advice
- Ability to own, organize and prioritize projects effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Superior interpersonal skills and team-first attitude
- Sound practical business judgment
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance and transactional support to achieve business goals while minimizing legal and regulatory risk
- Draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including business partnership agreements, data sharing arrangements, vendor and technology contracts and other third-party agreements
- Provide related guidance to Product and Engineering teams on new and existing products and features throughout the entire product development lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Engineering and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the success of strategic transactions, commercial relationships and product initiatives
- Develop and implement standardized templates and processes to help the Legal team scale efficiently during a period of high growth
- Work on other ad hoc projects as needed by the Legal team, with an ability to help define your role as the business and the Legal team continue to grow

Previous experience with healthcare, specifically within the pharmaceutical supply chain, and HIPAA
