Commercial Credit Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Merchant Services-focused Commercial Credit Analyst at PayJunction who will review enterprise and larger exposure merchant accounts, support underwriting of new and existing non-enterprise merchants, and conduct risk assessments. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or finance with at least 4 years of experience in commercial credit analysis and underwriting. The job is remote or can be done from PayJunction's Santa Barbara office, and the employee must reside in one of the specified states.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required – field of study in accounting, economics or finance preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial credit analysis and underwriting in a banking, fintech or merchant services organization

Responsibilities

• Review enterprise and larger exposure merchant accounts
• Support the underwriting of new and existing non-enterprise merchants
• Conduct risk assessments to determine financial creditworthiness
• Perform detailed financial statement analysis on companies
