Requirements

  • Exceptional business acumen and industry knowledge, with the ability to articulate Cloudbeds' value proposition and strategic vision to key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the hospitality technology sector, with a focus on mid-market (non flagged) hotel segments
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with executive leadership, industry partners, and customers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth, innovation, and customer success
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS model and its application within the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Cloudbeds' commercial strategy in North America, aligning with the company's strategic priorities and revenue objectives
  • Conduct comprehensive target market analysis, including segmentation, product needs, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal pricing structures, sales channels, and marketing activations
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans, ensuring alignment with regional nuances and customer requirements
  • Lead and mentor regional sales teams to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement and expansion based on market feedback and industry trends
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with industry leaders to enhance Cloudbeds' competitive positioning and market reach
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill improvement. Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities for the sales team
  • Drive close alignment with Finance, Growth Ops, Marketing and CS/Onboarding
