• Oversee governance, portfolio tracking and resource allocation for AI-related client projects
• Establish and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent execution
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track project health, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Lead proactive and reactive project assurance, assessing risks, challenges, and optimizing execution strategies
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with delivery, client services, and contributor experience teams
• Oversee invoicing, purchase orders, and billing accuracy, ensuring financial alignment with client budgets
• Establish governance standards for cost management, compliance, and financial reporting on AI-driven initiatives
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, pricing discussions, and change management for AI projects
• Manage investments in AI technologies, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes
