Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct B2B sales
  • Experience selling into AMER, EMEA, and APAC markets
  • 3+ years experience leading a sales team, driving a team quota (preferably in SaaS or technology)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales quotas while fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow revenue within the commercial segment globally by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Ensure the team maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities through effective prospecting, qualification, and deal management
  • Work with your team to help them identify opportunities for expanding HackerRank solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic goals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and report progress to senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Provide the sales team with ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to enhance their skills and career growth
  • Build scalable and repeatable processes to ensure operational efficiency and consistent sales outcomes
  • Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies
