Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a Sales or Customer Success/Account Management role with a focus on contract negotiation
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer renewals and upsells with a SaaS product to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Proven ability to manage large opportunities and upsell pipelines
  • Strong organization skills and superb capabilities in managing a large volume of tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), meticulous attention to detail, and a resourceful problem-solving attitude
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a sales funnel of renewal and new contract opportunities for your target customer segments and accurately forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, resolution strategies, and ultimately structure contract agreements that drive long-term value to both the organizer and the company
  • Proactively drive longer-term contracts to minimize future revenue risk
  • Identify upsell opportunities within the existing account base - prioritizing high-value accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals to regularly deliver leads to the acquisition team
  • Continuously deliver feedback to leadership teams and participate in process improvements and optimization of existing procedures
  • Responsible for feeding back to the business on competitive threat

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the event or ticketing industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience using Groove, Gong
