Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on commercial sales and business development
  • Deep understanding of an intangible product as cryptocurrency /blockchain technology, including market dynamics, use cases, and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
  • Analytical, decisive, ownership, organized and results-oriented capacity
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in the fintech/financial services or real estate industry
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Experience with CRM- Pipedrive

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential commercial clients, including businesses, organizations, foundations, and funds, to grow their crypto activity
  • Build and run sales reports, dashboards, and business planning models for the Business Development team
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for each client, incorporating market analysis, competitor research, and product/service positioning
  • Grow existing business relationships and acquire new business
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Demonstrate and sell commercial solutions, such as crypto accounting services, market making, and trading platforms, to clients

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in sales, such as CFP or CFA, or blockchain-related certifications
