Summary
Join Catchpoint's FP&A team as a Commission Analyst, where you will calculate and process commission payments, develop and refine compensation plans, and troubleshoot data discrepancies. You will collaborate with sales leaders, resolve commission inquiries, analyze sales data, and assist in creating sales incentive programs. Success in this role involves becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in commission models and making a significant impact on a global scale. The ideal candidate possesses advanced Excel skills, CRM experience, strong communication and analytical abilities, and 2-3 years of experience in software commissions or sales operations. Requirements
- Graduate from any field with 2-3 years of experience in software commissions or sales operations
- Possess an analytical mind with the ability to summarize data into concise, meaningful reports
- Advanced Excel knowledge required, including lookups, pivots, and charts
- Presentable with great communication skills including the ability to put thoughts into words and articulate in a good manner
- Team player who can integrate quickly with a global organization β The right attitude and networking skills
- Become the connecting tissue between different functions (FP&A, Sales, CSM, VE etc)
- Experience with CRM Systems (SFDC experience required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (Looker, Power BI, Adaptive)
Responsibilities
- Calculate and process commission payments for the sales team monthly and quarterly, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare compensation plans and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine commission plans and targets
- Set up a commission model and validate the data commission payouts
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies or exceptions, effectively communicating outcomes to GTM teams
- Resolve commission-related inquiries from the sales team, addressing disputes and providing clarifications
- Analyse sales data and commission reports such as Annual and YTD attainments
- Assist in the creation and implementation of sales incentive programs to motivate and incentivize the sales team
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team in understanding their commission structures, targets, and payments
