Summary

Join our team as a Communication and Media Specialist, responsible for shaping and executing our company's communication strategy, managing social media, and creating various types of content. This role is fully remote and open to applicants living in Central America and Mexico.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a communications role

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies
• Craft and distribute external communications
• Assist in managing the company’s social media presence
• Work with the team to maintain media contact lists and pitch stories
• Ensure brand consistency in messaging across all platforms
• Assist in creating various types of content
• Collaborate with internal teams to support communication needs for events
• Regularly assess the company’s communication needs and recommend solutions
• Assist in preparing and delivering timely responses to potential issues or crises

Preferred Qualifications

Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Presentations, AI tools)
