Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience (6+ years) in internal communication roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Advanced level of English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience working in IT Industry for Remote Companies
• Proficiency in using communication tools, software, and platforms that support our cultural initiatives and employer branding

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Design and execute an effective internal communication strategy
• Develop and implement initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement
• Plan and coordinate cultural events, workshops, and training programs
• Encourage employees to become brand ambassadors
• Assist in managing organizational change
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, and department heads
• Establish mechanisms for employees to provide feedback on culture and communication initiatives

Experience with Social Media platforms, Notion, Slack are valued
