Requirements

  • 4-5 years of demonstrated experience writing high-quality content for a variety of platforms
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content
  • Proven experience in developing training materials, particularly for app-based or virtual technologies
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality materials with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is required

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive app-based training plans and materials
  • Coordinate the design and development of app content
  • Ensure training materials are aligned with the overall goals and objectives
  • Proactively inform client stakeholders and aid in quick resolution of app-based issues
  • Collaborate closely with the lead to ensure a full understanding of materials, processes, and style for developing deliverables
  • Participate in daily and weekly team and client/stakeholder meetings to discuss needs, expectations, and requirements for developing and editing deliverables
  • Create written communications products, including project-related reports and updates, social media content, and blog posts
  • Deliver high-quality written materials independently, ensuring they are at least 95% complete before review
  • Incorporate feedback from internal team members and clients to refine and finalize deliverables
  • Provide daily status updates on the progress of training materials and other deliverables
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members and clients to ensure alignment and transparency
