Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields, with a strong understanding of trends and strategies in Singapore/Malaysia
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate content creators effectively
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking, interpreting, and optimizing campaign metrics
• Highly organized, capable of managing timelines and coordinating with internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage influencers/content creators aligned with our target audience
• Guide influencers on scripts, timelines, and content creation to ensure alignment with brand and product messaging
• Coordinate campaign schedules and ensure timely delivery of quality content
• Manage contracts, briefings, and budget allocation to maximize ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and compile regular performance reports
• Collaborate and brainstorm innovative and trend-driven campaign ideas
• Create clear content briefs that align with business objectives and market trends
• Oversee and review content drafts to ensure they meet brand standards and key selling points
• Support basic content creation tasks such as design using Canva or simple video editing

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Canva, video editing, or basic design tools, and a collaborative, innovative approach to brand marketing
