Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or content marketing, preferably in technology, digital media, or advertising sectors
- Exceptional writing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating various writing styles
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail
- Proven experience managing social media channels
- Basic design skills and proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, etc.) and content management systems (Wordpress, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Curiosity and ability to learn about complex topics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Audience-first mindset and ability to identify compelling stories
Responsibilities
- Support execution of our editorial calendar, ensuring content deadlines are met throughout the production process
- Develop and publish content across our social media channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice while driving engagement and growth
- Assist with coordinating timely internal approvals, attend weekly meetings with our external agencies, monitor marketing inbox for media inquiries
- Translate complex information into compelling content for our resource library of blog posts, case studies, and longform content
- Collaborate with marketing operations and field marketing to support email newsletters, event promotions, and lead nurture campaigns
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify content opportunities that enhance our brand with current and potential employees
- Amplify marketing efforts to internal audiences
- Submit vendor invoices and track/compile quarterly analytics on blog, SEO, and social media performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in advertising, adtech, martech, or related technology sectors
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of SEO best practices
