Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in communications management or a related role, preferably within a corporate environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Experience with media relations and a solid understanding of the media landscape
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies that align with the companyβs goals and mission
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the organization, guiding all media engagements and press inquiries
- Manage crisis communication and ensure the organizationβs reputation is safeguarded
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Organize and oversee events, press conferences, and media briefings to promote the company's initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with media professionals, industry partners, and stakeholders
