Communications Manager

Summary

Join Parity, a leading core blockchain infrastructure company, as Communications Manager on a maternity cover basis (1 year contract). As part of the Operations and Support department, you will develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen internal and external engagement within the Polkadot ecosystem. You will lead internal communications, set clear goals and KPIs for the communication team, coordinate key internal initiatives and channels, oversee content creation, foster internal engagement, support cross-team communications, and identify communication opportunities.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in communications
• Proven leadership experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with Parity’s goals
• Lead internal communications
• Set clear goals and KPIs for the communication team
• Coordinate key internal initiatives and channels
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content
• Foster internal engagement and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support cross-team communications
• Identify communication opportunities and swiftly address challenges
