Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, digital marketing or related roles
  • Excellent writing skills in English with a demonstrable ability to create compelling content
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to work within deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, curious nature to learn, and pioneer initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Autonomous and independent thinking, ability to work with a remote team
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Expert understanding of brand guidelines and their use in visual applications
  • Experience working on design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
  • Leverage AI in daily work (Speechify, Eleven Labs, ChatGPT, Bard)

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of user acquisition, developing innovative strategies to grow the Community across multiple direct recruitment channels
  • Identify and explore new opportunities for recruitment across online and offline platforms, focusing on untapped channels that drive user growth
  • Lead creative growth projects such as partnerships, university collaborations, magazines, travel retail, referral programs, and more, focusing on maximizing user acquisition
  • Leverage insights into market trends, behaviors, and preferences to tailor strategies that expand our reach and grow the Community across diverse demographics
  • Build strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, and other relevant stakeholders to accelerate user acquisition
  • Manage email campaigns, from creation and scheduling to deployment, ensuring they maximize engagement and retention
  • Continuously optimize email segmentation through CRM to target specific audience groups, including active, lost, and dormant users
  • Foster a positive and engaged Community, promptly addressing inquiries and feedback to build long-term loyalty
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with users through active engagement and participation across community channels
  • Produce compelling and shareable content across platforms, including internal/external newsletters, email templates, and other communication channels, ensuring alignment with growth goals
  • Develop high-quality written and visual content that resonates across different markets, from the US to Japan, enhancing engagement and recruitment efforts
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, internal teams, and external partners to create diverse and targeted content that drives engagement and acquisition
  • Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone and style
  • Work within the budget and report monthly on the actual spending vs target
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to community engagement
  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of community initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion and knowledge of luxury brands
  • AI tools (MidJourney, Dall-e, etc.)
  • Understanding of the retail industry and luxury market
  • Experience working with CRM Marketing tools (HubSpot)
