Community Manager

Summary

Join the Arbitrum Foundation's marketing team as their Brazil Community Manager! This crucial role focuses on driving growth for games launching on Arbitrum's platform by leveraging innovative Web3 growth techniques and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing the Brazilian community across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, and collaborating with partners and ambassadors. Success in this position will be measured by increased active wallets and sustained liquidity. The role requires proven experience in community management and marketing within a blockchain startup, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities. Requirements

• BS / BA degree
• 1+ years of proven work experience in community management and/or marketing with a Blockchain start-up
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support various marketing projects and social media channels simultaneously
• Experience in content creation on social channels, including Twitter, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram

Responsibilities

• Keep our Brazilian community abreast with the Arbitrum ecosystem primary developments via Twitter and other social media platforms
• Lead the content creation, community events, and marketing campaigns for the Brazilian community
• Engage with the technical and non-technical Brazilian community on Discord and Telegram
• Work with the Brazilian Arbitrum Ambassadors to scale the quality content development and in-person workshops to drive developer and community engagement
• Lead translation of marketing documents, white-papers, and other technical and non-technical content
• Maintain relationships with Brazilian crypto outlets and influencers
