Summary

Join Sherpany, a young and award-winning tech company, as their new Community Engagement & Event Specialist! Based ideally in Germany (Frankfurt, Munich, or Hamburg), you will work remotely as part of a European team. You will implement social media strategies, manage channels, engage with a high-level community, manage multimedia for events, and support event organization. Requirements

  • Have experience in event, social media, or community management, ideally with a focus on B2B target groups (e.g., board members, CFOs, corporate governance)
  • Have knowledge in photo and video management and editing
  • Be energetic, proactive, and have a structured way of working
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with various stakeholders, including executives and influencers
  • Speak fluent German and English

Responsibilities

  • Implement our social media strategy, manage all channels, and continuously optimize our social media funnels
  • Regularly and authentically interact with our community, which consists of board members and executives
  • Implement the multimedia strategy for our events and work closely with photographers and videographers
  • Ensure that event content (photo, video) is optimally used – whether on social media or as internal enablement material
  • Support on-site event organization and ensure a smooth process
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and key opinion leaders

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with B2B target groups (e.g., board members, CFOs, corporate governance)
