Join our team at Injective Labs and contribute to the development of Web3 enabled finance. We are seeking a Community Manager to enhance community engagement, drive brand loyalty, and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
• Passion for DeFi and a solid understanding of the crypto, blockchain technology and web3 ecosystem
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community
• Moderate community channels to keep them free of spam, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Collaborate on broader marketing, community, and growth initiatives
• Work closely with the development team on product rollouts, updates, and announcements
• Liaise with Business Development departments
• Act as the primary point of contact for community members
• Gather and analyze community feedback, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
