Community Manager

Requirements

• Experience in community management, talent acquisition, or recruitment, ideally within the German market
• A strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition landscape in Germany, with a network of TA professionals being a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of professionals
• A passion for building relationships and creating meaningful experiences for community members
• Strong organizational skills, with experience in coordinating events or webinars
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior Talent Acquisition professionals from leading organizations in Germany, inviting them to join and actively participate in the HIGHER community
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported, while understanding their needs and interests
• Organize, manage and attend events, webinars, and meetups tailored to the needs of the German community, providing valuable networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities
• Collaborate with the broader team to share relevant industry content, insights, and thought leadership that resonates with the German market
• Foster engagement within the HIGHER Slack community, encouraging discussions, facilitating connections, and highlighting member achievements
• Work closely with the VP Community to align on strategies and initiatives that support the broader community objectives
