Requirements
- 12+ months working remote
- Min 3+ years professional experience building a social media community
Responsibilities
- Build an Inclusive Environment: Create a community that welcomes residents, clients, and real estate agents
- Facilitate Networking: Organize events and workshops tailored for real estate professionals
- Act as a Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact, providing clear, timely communication and support
- Promote Professional Growth: Share market insights, training opportunities, and relevant resources
- Gather Feedback: Regularly collect input from agents and residents to refine community initiatives
- Develop Data-Driven Content: Create and post relevant content based on analytics and community data to engage and inform members
- Increase engagement (as measured by shares, likes & comments) by 500% from real estate agents who we’re connected to on (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Plan and execute strategy to build community of Houston real estate agents
