Summary

Join Mutiny, Trailer Park Group’s integrated creative agency, as a Social Community Manager. You will be responsible for managing social media channels for a major gaming company, engaging with gamers and creators, and deploying content across various platforms. This remote position, ideally based on the West Coast, requires 1-3 years of experience in social content creation and community management, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 2023, and a passion for RPG games. The role involves reactive engagement, content publishing, social monitoring, and creating bespoke content. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in concepting and designing social content
  • 1-3 years of community management experience
  • Proven ability to use Adobe Creative Suite 2023 is required

Responsibilities

  • Engage on owned posts by reacting and replying to user comments
  • Coordinate with the client to ensure brand consistency and messaging that upholds the tone and voice across all social media platforms
  • Manage the deployment and publishing of content across all social media platforms
  • Actively scout for UGC amplification opportunities
  • Stay updated with gaming culture, streamers, esports, digital technology trends, memes, and overarching cultures
  • Monitor social channels daily for general Gaming trends and cultural conversations, reporting back to clients and the internal team with recommendations on how to tailor social strategy to the social climate. Channels to include: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, X, etc
  • Monitor competitors, partners, and well-known creators for opportunities to engage or amplify
  • Identify and provide conceptual bespoke content opportunities per channel based on individual market trends and seasonal objectives
  • Responsible for all design and copy needs for original bespoke content
  • Responsible for adhering to all internal and external reviews and approvals before bespoke content going live
  • Responsible for posting and managing bespoke content per channel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Those candidates with creative portfolio links will take priority
  • A love of RPG games is important in this role
