Lead the execution of the Onit Community Program, collaborating across the business and customer base to shape customer engagement and thought leadership, particularly in AI. Requirements
- 4โ6 years of marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally SaaS
- Strong writing and storytelling skills; experience with content creation, and basic design skills (PowerPoint, web)
- Skilled in event planning, relationship-building, and client interaction; enjoys meeting customers and fostering connections
- A love of using tech and strong competency with office, content and common marketing tools
- Deep interest in AI and regular use of AI tools in work and daily life
- Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented; a proactive problem solver
- Excellent communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and represent the community program internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the LegalOps Community Program, ensuring it delivers value to members and aligns with strategic goals
- Oversee the community platformโmonitor interactions, encourage engagement, ensure strong site performance and traffic growth
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that foster connection and learning across the Onit customer base
- Develop and curate thought leadership content, with a focus on AI-related topics, across different mediums (written, audio and video)
- Collaborate with customers to produce member-generated content
- Leverage social media and multi-channel campaigns to promote community initiatives and grow membership
- Maintain accurate membership databases and track key engagement metrics to inform strategy and improve performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in legal, legal tech, or legal operations is a plus
- Video editing and strong design skills are a plus
