Summary

Join Manychat's Scaled CX team as a Community Programs and Events Manager to cultivate and engage our vibrant user community. You will develop and execute strategies for strategic community programs, create a Community Events Playbook, and drive community collaborations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, measuring program performance, and optimizing engagement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in community and event management, and strong communication and project management skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in community & event management, customer experience, or program management, preferably within SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environments
  • Proven track record of building and scaling community programs and events that deliver measurable results
  • Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data analysis skills to measure program effectiveness and optimize strategy
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals
  • Creativity and innovation in problem-solving, with a passion for fostering vibrant and engaged communities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for strategic community programs, fostering active and engaged communities
  • Create the Community Events Playbook and manage and scale the existing programs
  • Drive community collaborations that amplify Manychat’s user ecosystem and strengthen connections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community programs with broader company goals and provide insights from the community
  • Measure program performance and leverage data to optimize engagement and impact
