Summary

Join LaunchDarkly's Revenue Operations team as a Compensation Analyst and administer employee compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate commission payments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze compensation data, and address inquiries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include administering variable compensation, tracking incentives, partnering with Finance for payouts, resolving inquiries, assisting in plan creation, preparing accruals and reconciliations, and maintaining the compensation tool. This role requires 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, proficiency in Excel/G-Sheets, and experience with compensation tools. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related field
  • Experience with compensation tools and software (QuotaPath, Captivate IQ , Xactly)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel/G-Sheets and G-Slides
  • Proficiency in SFDC
  • A high degree of flexibility, be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Administer monthly and quarterly variable compensation processing, validation, and analysis for all segments of the Revenue team
  • Track and administer incentive spiffs, adjustments, and exceptions
  • Partner with Finance in ensuring timely commission payout submissions according to the local payroll schedules
  • Address and resolve any commission or compensation plan related inquiries
  • Assist in compensation plan creation and distribution
  • Timely and accurate preparation of monthly accruals and reconciliations for commissions accounting
  • Maintain and support the build and implementation of compensation plans in the sales commission tool
