Join Vanta as the GTM Compensation Analyst and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs for revenue-generating teams. You will ensure these programs motivate desired behaviors and align with company strategic objectives. This is a newly created role where you will build and administer compensation plans, track spiffs and incentives, and resolve compensation-related issues. You will leverage strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations for plan effectiveness. Success in this role requires at least 3 years of experience in sales/GTM compensation and proven ability to manage compensation programs for SaaS businesses. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/GTM compensation/rewards, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large sets of data
- Managed a compensation program for SaaS businesses and creating effective compensation plans for Enterprise B2B Software Account Executives and Account Managers
- Prior experience managing a GTM compensation program with high volume of deals
- Able to communicate effectively to the field and stakeholders to ensure the understanding of plans and handling of disputes
Responsibilities
- Manage competitive and clear compensation plans for revenue generating teams, ensuring they motivate and drive desired behaviors
- Conduct regular reviews of performance to plan in relation to compensation payouts to ensure plan effectiveness. Provide recommendations based on insights drawn from data
- Manage the tracking for GTM spiffs and incentives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
- Manage and resolve any issues or disputes related to GTM compensation in a timely and effective manner
- Own and maintain compensation tooling to ensure that plans, calculations and payouts are correctly reflected
- Create standardized operating procedures to review and administer participation agreements for all GTM roles
- Deploy and Manage ramp for all selling roles in an equitable manner
