Summary

The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, three or more years of relevant experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in or commitment to attain a bachelor’s degree within three years is required or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) or more years’ business experience in compensation, human resources, operations, strategy, or related field
  • Must be comfortable with minimal travel as needed for business needs
  • Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must have
  • Experience leading multi-disciplined project or process improvement teams
  • Able to lean into data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to inform and execute on projects

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and assist with the administration of organizational compensation programs, including base pay, long and short-term incentives, spot bonuses, and commissions that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement
  • Design and communicate pay structures, grades, compensation budgets, and guidelines
  • Advise stakeholders on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines
  • Evaluate jobs and develop and maintain job descriptions and job architecture
  • Participate in compensation surveys, conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends
  • Travel to WelbeHealth Centers, as needed
