Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Summary

Join Skillsoft's Center of Excellence in India as a Sales Compensation Analyst! Support Sales Compensation Business Partners across various sales compensation disciplines. Prepare documentation, process incentives, create reports, support sales modeling and analytics, and handle sales inquiries. You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Sales Compensation, with additional guidance from Business Partners. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related area
• 3-5 years of relevant business experience
• Knowledge of sales compensation/operations concepts and principles
• Understand finance and accounting concepts
• Experience with sales performance management systems such as Xactly
• Analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform in a matrixed environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare plan, policy and process documentation
• Support incentive plan processing, crediting and payouts on Xactly
• Create financial, performance and payroll reports
• Support sales modeling and analytics
• Track, research and resolve sales inquiries
• Provide HR support and onboard new hires
• Respond to audit requests
• Track process and project execution
• Review data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality
