Summary

Join GoDaddy's team as an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager, supporting rapid growth primarily in India. Reporting to the Director, you will partner with global and local teams to design, deliver, and communicate compensation and benefit programs. This multifaceted role involves reviewing compensation practices, defining a multi-year benefits roadmap, resolving employee issues, and improving employee self-service capabilities. The position may be hybrid or fully remote, depending on your manager's decision. This role is crucial to GoDaddy's growth strategy and offers a chance to make a significant impact.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years progressive experience in a dedicated compensation & benefits role as part of an international reward team
  • Ability to respond rapidly to multiple initiatives – Define problems, prioritise, consider options, seek collaborator input and proactively implement appropriate solutions
  • Strong proactive interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead initiatives with minimal direction. Build credibility with local leaders and employees. Ability to summarise complex issues & solutions in a way suitable for various audiences
  • Advanced excel skills – using Data manipulation techniques to offer insights and define solutions to business challenges. Likely to include formulas such as VLOOKUP & reference functions. pivot tables, charts and even macros
  • Excellent customer service focus (employees, managers, colleagues & senior leaders)

Responsibilities

  • Respond rapidly to evolving business needs. Design, improve, implement & handle compliant country-specific compensation & benefit plans according to market practice, business objectives, and global best practice
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and consulting to global & local HR partners and business leaders to build a common understanding of how our reward philosophy applies in India (example emphasis on total direct compensation over base pay)
  • Develop customized competitive offerings unique to India, such as additional compensation surveys, developing a contemporary wage structure & locally relevant benefits provision
  • Craft written, evidence based & commercial business cases to obtain leadership approval
  • Successfully execute regular compensation cycles, including merit, bonus & equity planning, range development & compliance activities
  • Drive Benefits services in the region, including managing local brokers/advisors, escalations, vendor selection and management, technology, automation and continuous improvement of employee experience (via Service Now)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of supporting C&B in other countries such as Australia & Singapore
