Compliance and Licensing Associate

Summary

Join OFX as a Compliance and Licensing Associate to support regulatory licensing in the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in US money transmission licensing compliance or a legal, audit, or compliance background.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within audit or the financial services industry, preferably related to US Money Transmitter/Money Service Business entities
• Moderate to Advanced MS Office skillset with focus on excel functionality
• A general understanding of the Retail Payments Activtiies Act in Canada, and CFTC derivatives payment compliance experience is also preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Licensing Manager and the North American Head of Compliance to ensure US and Canadian money transmission licensing
• Prepare and submit state/federal/provincial registration updates and renewals
• Assist with regulatory exam management and coordination related to exams amongst various regional and global business units
• Maintain internal records as applicable
