Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Funding at FHF
- Demonstrated analytical and research skills using investigative techniques including transaction analysis, evidence gathering, and pattern recognition
- Previous experience in consumer lending required; previous experience with audit and serving and collections activities preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Tremendous attention to detail, comfortable working with tight deadlines and fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, works well both independently and in collaboration with other staff, vendors, and regulatory contacts as needed
- Proficiency in Excel required
Responsibilities
- Assist the Compliance Manager in daily oversight of the compliance program through effective and timely completion of tasks
- Maintaining, enforcing, and testing the companyβs policies
- Synthesize large amounts of transactional information from various systems to identify potential regulatory violations
- Investigate potential regulatory violations and thoroughly document conclusions
- Effectively communicate conclusions through written and verbal communication while maintaining a consistent, methodical approach in a highly regulated environment
- Proactively support the Compliance function in responding to internal and external audit requests
- Provide ad hoc support to Compliance Management as needed for discharging the tasks and responsibilities of the Compliance function
