Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Funding at FHF
  • Demonstrated analytical and research skills using investigative techniques including transaction analysis, evidence gathering, and pattern recognition
  • Previous experience in consumer lending required; previous experience with audit and serving and collections activities preferred
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Tremendous attention to detail, comfortable working with tight deadlines and fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, works well both independently and in collaboration with other staff, vendors, and regulatory contacts as needed
  • Proficiency in Excel required

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Compliance Manager in daily oversight of the compliance program through effective and timely completion of tasks
  • Maintaining, enforcing, and testing the company’s policies
  • Synthesize large amounts of transactional information from various systems to identify potential regulatory violations
  • Investigate potential regulatory violations and thoroughly document conclusions
  • Effectively communicate conclusions through written and verbal communication while maintaining a consistent, methodical approach in a highly regulated environment
  • Proactively support the Compliance function in responding to internal and external audit requests
  • Provide ad hoc support to Compliance Management as needed for discharging the tasks and responsibilities of the Compliance function
