Summary
Join Foodics, a leading restaurant management and payment tech provider, as a Compliance & Governance Officer. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our business operations adhere to KSA and SAMA regulations. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong knowledge of SAMA's regulatory framework. A CCO certification and fintech/SaaS experience are preferred. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, economics or other related Field
- Up to date knowledge in SAMA regulatory framework, and good knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services
- Comfortable with both English and Arabic languages
- Strong commands over MS Office applications
- Flexible to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the companyโs compliance program and the rollout of compliance policies and procedures
- Provide support in identifying the compliance risks impacting the company and assess their potential consequences
- Ensure that the company is meeting its regulatory and compliance requirements and that policies and procedures are in place to comply with applicable laws and SAMAโs regulations
- Scope of KYC, client relation procedures, client complaints, code of conduct and ethics, incidents and complaints reporting, legislation related to payment institutions and all other local legislations
- Check all documents submitted to SAMA with regards to any new product formation related to the payments business
- Follow-up on SAMAโs inspection reports and prepare the action plan in coordination with other departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters proffered
- CCO Certified compliance officer
- Experience in fintech/ SaaS industry
