Join our team as a Computer Support Analyst at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in San Diego, CA. You will support computer/network systems/applications for a Research Development Test & Evaluation network, responding to end-user inquiries via phone, ticketing system, email, and chat. Initial remote work with potential on-site shift depending on pandemic safety guidelines.

Requirements

• DOD Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security + CE
• 1-2 years' experience in an enterprise-level service desk environment
• 3 years of experience in a small/medium service desk environment
• Windows 10 experience
