Computer Support Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Computer Support Analyst at the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in San Diego, CA. The role involves supporting computer/network systems/applications for an enterprise-level DOD network and responding to end-user inquiries via various channels. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 9 hours per day from 6AM to 4:30PM, and every other Friday from 6AM to 3:30PM. The position requires a DOD Secret Security Clearance, CompTIA Security + CE certification, 1-2 years' experience in an enterprise-level service desk environment or 3 years of experience in a small/medium service desk environment, and Windows 10 experience.

• Support computer/network systems/applications for a Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) network
• Respond to end-user inquiries via phone, ticketing system, email, and chat
