Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient Snowflake data solutions
  • Develop and maintain Snowflake schemas, tables, and pipelines
  • Optimize performance through effective data modeling, partitioning, and indexing
  • Lead data migration and integration projects to move legacy data systems to Snowflake
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver data solutions
  • Implement best practices for security, governance, and compliance within the Snowflake environment
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for high-performance data retrieval
  • Establish robust monitoring and troubleshooting processes for Snowflake environments
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on Snowflake architecture and implementation
  • Stay up to date with Snowflake updates, features, and industry best practices
