Summary

Join E&C Consultants' team as a Consultant and work with clients and suppliers in Central Europe, navigating the energy transition. You'll be responsible for risk strategy, market analysis, sustainable energy solutions, and project development. Requirements

• Possess confident communication, resilience, curiosity, eagerness to learn, creativity in problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Demonstrate analytical thinking skills, including interpreting data, drawing conclusions, and making calculations
• Have 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Consulting, Business, Energy Management, or a related field
• Show a keen interest in the energy market and its trends
• Be willing to travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with team members

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in minimizing risks when buying energy and developing purchasing and renewable strategies
• Conduct market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape
• Find the best sustainable energy solutions (solar, wind, cogeneration) and support clients in contracting them
• Investigate the possibilities of renewable power purchase agreements for clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a basic understanding of energy markets and risk management solutions
• Be proficient in Romanian
