Summary
Join E&C Consultants' team as a Consultant, working with North American energy clients and suppliers. You'll play a key role in the energy transition, advising clients on risk mitigation, renewable energy strategies, and energy contract negotiation. Conduct market research, identify sustainable solutions, and investigate renewable power purchase agreements. Requirements
- Possess confident communication, resilience, curiosity, eagerness to learn, creativity in problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Demonstrate analytical thinking skills, including interpreting data, drawing conclusions, and making calculations
- Have 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Consulting, Business, Energy Management, or a related field
- Show a keen interest in the energy industry, including market trends and local regulations
- Be willing to travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with team members
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in developing purchasing and renewable energy strategies and negotiating energy contracts
- Conduct market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the energy risk management sector
- Find the best sustainable solutions (solar, wind, cogenerations…) and support clients in contracting them
- Investigate the possibilities of renewable power purchase agreements for clients
Preferred Qualifications
Have a basic understanding of energy markets, risk management solutions, and the regulatory environment in North America
