Summary

The job description is for a Consulting Manager position at Collectiv, a leading boutique consulting and strategy firm specializing in Analytics, Planning, and AI with Power BI and Microsoft Data Stack. The role involves leading, managing, and advising the team of W2s and 1099s, with responsibilities in consultant accountability, strategic account management, leadership and management, operations and sales support, and driving utilization rates and completion rates.

Expertise in consultant accountability, resourcing, strategic account management, sales support, as well as Power BI and the Azure Data stack

Responsibilities

• Drive consultant accountability for timesheet entries, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Monitor and manage consultant resourcing, ensuring timely and accurate assignment to relevant projects
• Facilitate weekly updates and HubSpot deals and sales updates by consultants
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist sales with scoping and related sales calls, leveraging your expertise in Power BI and the Azure Data stack to support the sales process
• Drive follow-on sales for existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and revenue growth
• Lead and run consulting L10 meetings, ensuring effective communication and alignment among the consulting team
• Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with consultants, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding processes for new consultants, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Assist with reporting and model enhancements, leveraging your expertise in Power BI and the Azure Data stack to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure that consulting technologies and processes, including Power BI and the Azure Data stack, are followed by all team members
• Review and approve client invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with driving utilization rate of 75% and company and individual rocks achievement of a completion rate of 75%
